  • 24/7 dedicated company access with cascading response levels depending on the nature of the call.
  • Calls will be answered using your company name, professionally and efficiently.
  • You will be left with the peace of mind that that calls from your customers “out of hours” are being dealt with professionally.
  • We will supply you with your own telephone number inside our ARC so you can divert calls as required.
  • You will also be provided with a daily report of all calls received from the previous “out of hours” period, the action that we took and our response time to every call.
